Why Rayn

Built for households, remote workers, and travelers who want a private connection on every network they use.

Advanced Encryption

Strong encryption keeps your online activity private from networks, ISPs, and the various parties that would rather it weren't. On every device, by default.

Global Server Network

Servers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific deliver low latency wherever you connect from. Premium routes for users with regional latency requirements.

Segmented Server Pools

Servers are organized into independent pools so that a maintenance event or incident on one pool does not affect customers on other pools. Standard industry pattern, applied consistently across our network.

Strict No-Log Policy

No connection logs, no DNS queries, no browsing activity retained. We collect only what is required to operate your subscription: your account email and billing record. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Automatic Failover

Primary and backup subscription URLs ensure continuity if an individual node goes offline for maintenance.

Active Network Monitoring

Automated anomaly detection and 24/7 node health checks keep your connection reliable.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

One plan with everything included. Choose your billing period.

Subscribe Now

Auto-renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, in USD. Cancel any time from your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Rayn protect my connection?

Rayn protects your connection with AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption, and routes traffic through segmented server pools so traffic metadata cannot be observed by third parties on the networks you use. Both ciphers are NIST-recommended and form the basis of TLS 1.3.

Which operating systems are supported?

Rayn supports Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Android TV. Installation steps appear in your account dashboard once your subscription is active.

What is your server coverage?

Rayn operates servers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Server selection in the client is automatic by default and shows latency to each location so you can choose manually if you prefer. Premium routes are available on every continent and are prioritized for peak-time traffic to keep performance stable.

What happens if a server is unavailable?

Every subscription comes with a primary and a backup connection profile, and the network is actively monitored 24/7 so traffic is rerouted automatically when individual servers go offline. Segmented server pools mean a single-node disruption never affects the whole customer base.

What payment methods are accepted?

Rayn currently accepts cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, and Lightning Network) processed by NowPayments, a third-party payment processor. For customers who do not hold cryptocurrency, NowPayments offers a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp accepting major debit and credit cards via its licensed partner. All transactions process under U.S. law and include the standard 14-day refund window.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Every Rayn transaction includes a 14-day full-refund window, no reason required. The window applies to renewals as well as initial purchases. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

How many devices can I use simultaneously?

Each Rayn subscription supports up to 5 simultaneous devices. There is no per-device licence, so you can sign in to the client on any combination of platforms (phones, laptops, TVs) and switch between them freely.

How much data do I get each month?

200GB per month, every month. It resets with your billing cycle, and we'll let you know when you're getting close. For everyday browsing, streaming, and calls, most people don't come anywhere near it.

What encryption does Rayn use?

Rayn uses AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption, the same cipher suites that underpin TLS 1.3. Both are NIST-recommended and provide confidentiality and integrity in a single primitive, defending against passive observation and active tampering on the network path.

Does Rayn keep logs of my browsing activity?

No. Rayn does not retain connection logs, DNS queries, or browsing activity. The only data we keep is strictly necessary to operate your subscription, namely billing records and authentication state. The full disclosure is in our Privacy Policy.

How is Rayn different from other VPNs?

Rayn segments its server fleet into independent pools so a regional incident or maintenance event affects one pool rather than the whole service. This is a standard architectural pattern in mature SaaS infrastructure, applied to our VPN network. It is the structural reason Rayn maintains its uptime targets.

Will Rayn work on slow or unreliable networks?

Yes. Rayn is engineered for variable network conditions including high latency, congested public Wi-Fi, and intermittent mobile connectivity. The client adapts its connection parameters to maintain a stable tunnel even when the underlying network is unreliable.

Where is Rayn Labs based?

Rayn Labs L.L.C. is registered as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, USA. The full registered-agent address and entity disclosure are on our About page, and the company operates under U.S. federal and Wyoming state law.
