Tuned for the long haul.

Most VPNs are tuned for the short hop to the nearest city, on networks that leave them alone. Rayn VPN is tuned for Asia-Pacific and for the people who live between two places: expats, international students, travellers, and professionals whose office is on the other side of the Pacific.

Rayn VPN for Windows, connected. Evening, somewhere in Asia-Pacific.

Routing that respects distance

Traffic to and from Asia-Pacific takes the shortest stable path available, so a call across the Pacific feels closer than it is.

Designed for resilience

Redundancy is part of the network design, not an add-on. When a server goes quiet, for maintenance or for any other reason, the client reconnects through healthy capacity without asking you to do anything.

Nothing kept that isn't needed to bill you

No connection logs, no DNS queries, no browsing history. We hold billing records and login state, and that is the whole list.

Encryption you can look up

AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305, the same authenticated ciphers TLS 1.3 uses. On every device, by default.

How it works.

Designed for resilience.

Redundancy is built into the network rather than bolted on. This is what the client does when a server stops answering: nothing to tap, no second sign-in.

  1. Connected

Latency and server health are checked continuously while you're connected.

  2. A server stops answering

Replies stop arriving. The client waits, then stops waiting.

  3. The network reroutes

Traffic moves to healthy capacity and the status returns to Connected. You stay signed in.

Questions.

Not answered here? Email support@raynlabs.io. First reply within 48 hours, or 4 business hours for anything critical.

Where are the servers?

Concentrated in Asia-Pacific. The app picks the fastest for your location by default and shows the latency to each, so you can override it.

Will it work where I am?

If you're asking, you probably already know the answer. Rayn VPN is tuned for the Asia-Pacific networks where other VPNs tend to go quiet, and its redundancy exists for exactly that reason. If it doesn't hold up, the 14-day refund window applies.

Does it hold up on hotel and airport Wi-Fi?

Yes. The client expects high latency, congestion, intermittent mobile connections, and networks that are less than friendly to VPN traffic, and adjusts its connection parameters to keep the tunnel up.

How many devices can I use?

Five at the same time, in any mix of phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Is there a data cap?

No. The one limit is the Acceptable Use Policy, which rules out sustained automated workloads like high-volume scraping or crypto mining.

What do you log?

Nothing about your traffic: no connection logs, no DNS queries, no browsing history. We keep billing records and login state. That is the whole list, and the Privacy Policy spells it out.

How do I pay?

In the app, through Google Play or the App Store, with the payment method already on your store account. The store is the seller of record for the purchase; Rayn Labs L.L.C. provides the service.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every transaction, including renewals, has a 14-day refund window. Request it through the store that billed you; if the store can't process it, Rayn Labs will make it right.

What encryption is used?

AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305, the same authenticated ciphers TLS 1.3 uses.

What happens if a server goes down?

The network is designed with redundancy. It is monitored around the clock, and the client reroutes on its own when a server goes offline, for whatever reason.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows, Android, and iOS today. macOS is in progress.

Who runs Rayn VPN?

Rayn Labs L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Entity details and the registered address are on the About page.
